In-house Pre-retirement Course Variants

If you haven't already seen it you should read our main section on In-house pre-retirement courses first. That section covers our standard pre-retirement courses

We are happy to quote for any specific organisation requirements for 1 or 2 day courses. In addition we are now offering the following in-house course variants:

Laterlife 'Retirement Head Start' Course – This variant of our standard pre-retirement courses is aimed at anyone over 50 and typically 10-15 years before retirement.

It has a much heavier financial content than our standard workshop because at this stage of life there is still time to make decisions that can have a major influence on pensions and the amount of money available in retirement.

It is not a replacement for the standard pre-retirement courses but is in addition i.e. the ideal is to attend the 'Retirement Head Start' course when you are in your early 50s and then attend the standard pre-retirement course in the last 2 years before retirement.

'Later Life Choices' course

This variant of our standard pre-retirement courses is aimed at those in their 50s who are in an out placement situation and would not immediately think of retirement as an option.

The overall objective of the workshops is to provide sufficient information for delegates about the alternatives open to them following their loss of job to make informed choices about their future. In particular to decide whether this might be an opportunity to adopt a portfolio lifestyle or even retire early.
